In 1979 Florida started issuing plates with an orange image of the State centered between the plate numbers and letters…in 1986 in converted to a green image, then reverted to orange in 1992…I thought it would be easy to assemble a 67 green county run, but after all this time and a lot of help from my plate friends, I’m still missing Franklin County (59)…the search continues!
